Who we are
This website is run by High Level Academy, Dabouq, King Abdullah II Street, beside the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization, Amman, Jordan. For any privacy question, contact us at info@hla.edu.jo.
What we collect
- Contact, admission and inquiry forms: the parent's name, phone and email, and the student details you choose to give (name, date of birth, grade, programme, current school) and your message.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, the position, qualification, experience, cover letter and CV file.
- Newsletter: your email address and preferred language.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, process admission applications and job applications, and send the newsletter you signed up for. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored on the academy's web server and sent to the academy's email. Only authorised staff can see them. CV files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
Cookies
- Your cookie choice: remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies (1 year).
- Visit counting (only if you accept): a random identifier used to count visits and page views. It contains no personal information and is not shared with anyone.
- Staff login: a session cookie used only in the academy's control panel.
You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent for, then delete them. Visit statistics are kept as anonymous daily totals.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by emailing info@hla.edu.jo.
